and mention the term BULK Enquiry in subject line. Please provide us with the following details too:
· Product name or product link
· Required quantity
· Delivery city and pin code
· Required delivery date
· Billing details, if applicable
· Customisation requirement, if any
· Budget range, if any
Customisation
Customisation may be available for selected products, depending on the design, quantity, and production feasibility.
Customisation options may include:
· Logo placement
· Name or message addition
· Special colour requirement
· Gift tags
· Product selection for hampers
Customisation is subject to approval, timeline, and minimum quantity required.
Pricing and Timeline
· Bulk pricing depends on product, quantity, customisation, packaging, and delivery location.
· Final pricing will be shared after reviewing the requirement.
· Production and dispatch timelines may vary depending on order size and product availability.
· Urgent orders may be accepted only if production and dispatch are feasible.
· Prices shared for bulk enquiries will be valid for a limited time.
Payment Terms
Bulk Orders are confirmed only after payment.
Once a custom or bulk order is confirmed and production has started, cancellation may not be possible. If bulk order is cancelled in the initial days, cancellation might be possible, but it will still attract a processing fee.
Returns and Exchanges
· Bulk, customised, personalised, or made-to-order products are generally not eligible for return or exchange.
· Returns or exchanges may be considered only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
· Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and unpacking video.
· Minor colour, wood grain, texture, print placement, polish, or finish variations are natural in handmade products and are not treated as defects.
Shipping
· Bulk orders are shipped through available courier or logistics partners.
· Bulk orders do not follow the same delivery timeline as transportation modes might be different. This can be worked out during negotiations before order placement.
· Delivery timelines depend on quantity, location, and courier serviceability.
· The Crafts Expressions is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect address, customer unavailability, weather, strikes, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.
