Order Processing

All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Standard processing time is typically 2–5 business days unless otherwise specified on the product page.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Customized or made-to-order products may require additional production time.

 

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (India)

We offer shipping across India through reputed courier partners.

Estimated delivery timeline:

Metro Cities: 3–7 business days

Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, strikes, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for selected products and destinations.

International customers are responsible for any customs duty, taxes, VAT, or import charges applicable in their country.

Delivery timelines for international orders may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.

 

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Free shipping offers, if any, shall be subject to minimum order value and promotional terms.

 

Tracking Information

Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address

In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, additional shipping charges for re-dispatch may apply.

The Crafts Expressions shall not be liable for delays caused due to incorrect customer information.

 

Damaged Package

Customers are advised to inspect packages at the time of delivery.

Any visible damage or tampering should be reported immediately with photographs/video of unpacking within 24 hours of delivery.
