Eligibility for Return / Exchange
Returns or exchanges may be accepted only under the following circumstances:
Product received is damaged
Product received is defective
Wrong product delivered
Size mismatch (if applicable)
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with:
Order number
Product photographs
Packaging photographs
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange:

Handmade products with minor variations in color, texture, or finish
Clearance or sale items
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Gift cards or promotional items
Exchange Policy
Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
Customers may be required to ship the original product back before exchange processing.
Replacement dispatch timelines may vary depending on product availability.
Refund Policy
Approved refunds shall be processed to the original payment method.
Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on banking/payment gateway timelines.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.
Reverse Pickup
Reverse pickup may be arranged in selected locations.
In locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship the product.
Condition of Returned Product

Be unused and unwashed
Include original packaging, tags, and accessories
Be packed properly to avoid transit damage
Cancellation Policy

Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
