· Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
· Standard order processing time is usually 3-5 business days.
· Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
· Orders placed during non business hours or late nights are taken as orders received on the next working day.
· Customized or made-to-order products will require additional production time.
· Estimated delivery timeline:
Metro cities: +3 to 7 business days after despatch
Non-metro / remote areas: +5 to10 business days after despatch
· Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, strikes, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.
· International shipping may be available for selected products and destinations.
· International customers are responsible for customs duty, taxes, VAT, or import charges applicable in their country.
· Tracking details will be shared via SMS after dispatch.
· Customers must provide the correct mobile number, email ID and delivery address while placing the order.
· If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, re-shipping charges will apply.
· The Crafts Expressions is not liable for delays caused by incorrect customer-provided information.
· Customers should inspect the package at the time of delivery.
· Any visible damage or tampering must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with photographs or an unpacking video.

· We accept payments through the available payment methods shown at checkout.
· Payment options may include:

o UPI
o Net banking
o Wallets
o Other checkout-enabled payment methods
· Cash on Delivery is available only for orders valued between ₹500 and ₹3000.
· Orders below ₹500 and above ₹3000 must be prepaid.

· Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.
· Unless otherwise stated prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees.
· Prices may change without prior notice.
· We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or operational reasons.
· If we cancel a prepaid order, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

· Returns or exchanges may be accepted only in the following cases:
o Product received is damaged
o Product received is defective
o Wrong product delivered
o Size mismatch, if applicable
· Return or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

o Product video & photographs
o Packaging photographs
o Video of unpacking the box
· Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
· Customers may be required to send the original product back before exchange processing.
· Replacement dispatch timelines may vary depending on product availability.
· Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
· Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on banking or payment gateway timelines.
· Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.
· Reverse pickup may be arranged in selected locations.
· If reverse pickup is not available, customers may be asked to self-ship the product.
· Returned products must be:
o Unused
o Untampered
o Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories
o Packed properly to avoid transit damage

· Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
· Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

o Handmade products with minor variations in colour, texture, polish, print placement, or finish
o Clearance or sale items
o Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
o Gift cards or promotional items
· Many products offered by The Crafts Expressions are handcrafted.
· Minor variations in colour, polish, texture, print placement, or finishing are natural characteristics of handmade products.
· These natural variations should not be treated as defects.
· The Crafts Expressions is not liable for:
o Delays caused by courier partners
o Damage due to misuse after delivery
o Incorrect customer-provided shipping details
o Minor variations inherent in handmade products
