Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds for prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch will be processed to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange:
Customized or personalized products.
Handmade products with minor variations in colour, texture, polish, print placement or finish.
Clearance or sale items.
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Gift cards or promotional items.
Handmade Variations
Many products offered by The Crafts Expressions are handcrafted. Minor variations in colour, polish, texture, print placement or finish are natural characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.
Limitations
The Crafts Expressions is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, damage caused by misuse after delivery, incorrect customer-provided shipping details or minor variations inherent in handmade products.
