Cancellations and Non-Returnable Items

·         Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

·         Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

·         Refunds for prepaid cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method.

·         The following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange:

o    Handmade products with minor variations in colour, texture, polish, print placement, or finish

o    Clearance or sale items

o    Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

o    Gift cards or promotional items

·         Many products offered by The Crafts Expressions are handcrafted.

·         Minor variations in colour, polish, texture, print placement, or finishing are natural characteristics of handmade products.

·         These natural variations should not be treated as defects.

·         The Crafts Expressions is not liable for:

o    Delays caused by courier partners

o    Damage due to misuse after delivery

o    Incorrect customer-provided shipping details
