Prices and Taxes
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST. The final payable amount is shown at checkout before you place your order.
Payment Methods
Available payment options are displayed at checkout and may include credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets and other checkout-enabled payment methods.
Online payments are processed through secure payment gateways.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available for orders between ₹500 and ₹3,000. Orders below ₹500 or above ₹3,000 must be prepaid.
Payment Authorisation and Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed successfully, a confirmation page will appear on the screen. For prepaid orders, confirmation follows successful payment authorisation. Cash on Delivery orders are confirmed once checkout is completed.
Price Changes
Prices may change without prior notice. A subsequent price change will apply only to future purchases and will not affect an already confirmed order without the customer’s agreement.
An invoice or receipt will be provided for the purchase.
Order Cancellation by Crafts Expressions
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order because of a pricing error, stock unavailability, suspected fraud or operational reasons.
If we cancel a prepaid order, the refund will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider or bank.
